I currently have an exciting opportunityworking as a Business Development Executive within my clients highly successful System Certification sales team based in Milton Keynes.
As a Business Development Executive you will be you'll be representing a Global brand selling and advising on a range of world class business improvement solutions to both new and existing customers across a wide range of business sectors. These solutions include a range of products and services such as ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 as well as identifying other opportunities to upsell and cross-sell into other business streams.
From converting initial enquiries right through to closing a deal, I require a sales person who is constantly striving to investigate, explore and understand customer needs in order to maximise opportunities. By establishing executive level relationships, you'll work in partnership with the customer to establish an understanding of their commercial drivers and how the organisation can enable them to become more efficient.
This role is perfect for a highly motivated and customer focused individual with a passion for optimising existing customer relationships and winning new customers.
To be successful in this role you'll need excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills obtained from a desirable solution based business to business sales background.
Excellent sales, negotiation and presentation skills are essential to succeed in this role. You'll use your strong interpersonal and influencing skills to confidently communicate complex technical issues to successfully encourage customers to expand their product range. You'll also have a Degree level qualification, equivalent educated or a proven track record of significantly exceeding targets and expectations in a sales or Recruitment sales environment.

Package on offer-
A highly competitive starting salary of £23,000-£26,000 with fantastic OTE of circa £40,000-45'000k. (Uncapped)
In addition, you'll have 27 days annual leave with the opportunity to increase this to 30 days, company-paid private medical insurance, an excellent company-contributed pension scheme, and a wide range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your life-style.
