The client is a successful and expanding commercial business providing an exciting and wide range of services and activity based development programmes into the UK education market.
The programmes are modern, fun, and highly engaging, and have been shown to have a positive and tangible impact upon learning and pupil development; as a result the Brand has enjoyed fantastic success rate and endorsement in the market.
They are looking to recruit a Sales / Business Development Executive to help them build on this success and grow their market share. Field based, with travel, the role will utilise warm leads from marketing activities, as well as being proactive in researching and identifying prospects, and from this secure customer meetings to introduce the Brand, their capabilities and track record, and successfully negotiate and win new business. The role will need to manage ongoing customer relationships, ensuring longer term repeat business.
The role may suit a graduate calibre candidate, keen to build on existing experience in a commercial Sales, Business Development, or Account Management capacity, in an ambitious business which can reward with prospects for development. A highly motivated and enthusiastic attitude is essential here, and candidates need to be articulate, organised, diligent, and professional in their approach.
