A growing professional services group are looking to add a Business Development Executive to their team as part of ambitious growth plans.
This is a pure new business role. You’ll be identifying prospects, making outbound calls, and opening doors with decision-makers. Day to day you’ll be generating leads, building relationships from scratch, and booking qualified meetings for the senior team to convert. Success will come from consistent outbound activity, creative prospecting, and close collaboration with marketing to drive campaigns that attract the right clients.
You’ll keep the CRM updated with accurate details of every call, follow-up, and lead opportunity, building a clear sales pipeline and tracking all conversion metrics.
The right person will be naturally commercial and motivated by winning new clients. You’ll enjoy the chase, thrive on targets, and have the resilience to keep going when things get tough. You’ll need to sound credible on the phone, be quick to learn new propositions, and comfortable selling professional services to business owners and finance leaders.
Previous experience in outbound B2B sales, telesales, or recruitment business development would be a strong match.
