Business Development Executive required for established Pensions consultancy. Location flexible.
Your new company
You will join a well-established, privately owned firm of pensions consultants, actuaries, administrators and pension scheme IT specialists. They aim to give all of their clients a high-quality professional service through building relationships thus securing new business for the organisation. Due to a period of growth, the organisation is looking for a Business Development Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
You will be responsible for building upon the success of the organisations new business campaign activities and sustaining continued growth across the business. You will work closely with the marketing, communication and business head identifying new business opportunities. You will work to challenging monthly targets, continuing to nurture and build client relationships in order to help develop and grow the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience in dealing with Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pensions. You must be self-motivated and resilient ensuring you thrive off your own success. You must be enthusiastic, a good communicator and able to interact with clients at all levels. Ideally you will have a background in a similar role within a pensions or professional services environment. You will have experience using CRM systems, producing reports and experience in developing BD campaigns. You will have a background in selling, advising, servicing or calling clients in a professional business development environment.
