A major UK insurer is offering the opportunity for an established broker development professional to join the team in the North of England, responsible for expanding market share across the 'non-standard' portfolio.
·One of the UK's largest and most respected insurance providers, known for ethical trading and a highly professional approach.

·This role exists within the 'non-standard' team covering a range of niche and specialist products - a growth area for the business.
·You will take responsibility for a portfolio of supporting brokers/intermediaries, tasked with growing the 'nonstandard' book covering a number of specialist and bolt on products including financial lines, cyber and emerging technologies - your role will be to educated and inform your broker base as well as supporting with tri-partite meetings to secure business.
·This home based role provides the autonomy to create and deliver upon your own plan, the role allows a freedom to work your panel in autonomous manner and empowers you to deliver.
·Full product training will be provided, allowing you to use your experience of the sales cycle to full effect.
·Able to demonstrate a mix of development skills and commercial insurance knowledge, you will be ready to step into a specialist sales role for one of the markets leading names.
·You will present a sound commercial judgement and a measured approach, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills built up through interaction with brokers and commercial clients.
·ACII qualification, or work towards is preferred but not essential.
