Business Development Executive - The Role:

The Business Development Rep is a key member of not only the Lead Generation team but the Sales function of the business. Working in line with corporate strategies & objectives, the main aim of the role is to provide the business with well qualified leads through research & telemarketing. The role requires the individual to intelligently research organisations by geography, industry type and size, identifying opportunities and key contacts for each product type

Business Development Executive - Required Knowledge:

  • Strong, out-going, personable and enthusiastic character
  • Business Development experience within a business-to- business (B2B) environment
  • Demonstrable, consistent, overachievement of sales targets
  • Experience in engaging with prospects and holding good business conversations
  • Effective sales management ability and a pro-active, high work rate
  • Ability to work to set deadlines and cope with pressure
