As a Business Development Manager you will be joining a modern organisation that accelerate the solutions provided within talent management, talent solutions and staff training. Our client is a lead provider of IT training and currently has offices globally in Europe, America and Asia.
Currently our IT training development organisation provides training solutions to a wide range of organisations varied from SME's, government organisations and large blue-chip companies.
About The Business Development Manager Role
As the Business Development Manager you will have an exciting opportunity to provide bespoke IT training solutions to support organisations in their workforce optimization efforts. Our client currently delivers training development and solutions within Apple Programming, Mobile App Development and Microsoft Office to name a few. You will be joining an establishing group of like-minded, dynamic and forward thinking sales individuals within training and development.
Key Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager:
- You will have the opportunity to overview and be responsible for the end to end sales process as well as on-going growth from internal accounts
- You will be specifically selling into key decision makers ranging from C-Level decision makers to HR members
- You will need a passion for wanting to operate business with HR, HR Business Partners and Head of Talent Acquisitions.
If you are currently in a Learning & Development, Talent Management, HR consulting role or are currently working within Business Development, Sales Manager or Recruitment this is the ideal next step in your IT training and development career.
Essential Skills and Competencies of the Business Development Manager:
- Track record of selling into HR, ideally to government organisations, SME's or blue-chip
- Previous sales within a B2B environment
- Strong experience in selling training and development
