·Highly competitive base salary of£18,000 - £30,000 (Depending on experience)

They are a successful and growing, family owned financial services business based in central Watford. They specialise in broking second charge mortgages, commercial and bridging finance. They are driven by a passion for service and strong customer centric values.

They now have a fantastic opportunity available for Business Development Executives to join their growing team at their office in Watford, to promote their market-leading proposition.

This is a sales role that requires dedication and drive.You will need to be professional, motivated, and enjoy working in a fun environment as part of a team, with a huge desire to succeed.

Ideally, you will have financial services experience. However, people with a proven track record in sales will be considered.

The working hours are extremely favourable 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday with no late nights, no weekends and no shift work.

They are also interested in hearing from you if you are looking to work part time between the hours of 10am and 3pm Monday to Friday.

Business Development Executive Responsibilities:

You will play a key role in supporting their product sales teams to achieving on-going success by:

  • Providing high-quality service to their partners;
  • Quickly establishing rapport and building relationships;
  • Educating and inspiring their partners to use their service;
  • Generating second charge, bridging and commercial finance opportunities for their product sales team; and
  • Meeting and exceeding set targets and objectives.
