£40000 basic, £70000 car allowance and over 100K OTE

Our client is the UK division of as a leading global provider of title insurance and settlement services for residential and commercial real estate transactions. One of their subsidiaries, is a leading insurer of risks involving title and related areas of property and property finance. They have a unique range of policies to help lawyers involved in commercial and residential property transactions resolve both known and unknown title issues and help problem transactions close on time.

They now have an exciting opportunity for a high achiever to get involved in commercial property deals in the South West England.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing UK, your role will be responsible for developing new business with clients who are involved in real estate projects. Your focus will be the South West; and key prospects will include Law firms, Insurance Brokers, Commercial Property Agents, Commercial Lenders and Commercial Investors.

The main purpose of the role is to seek new business opportunities and increase the market share and market awareness of our clients commercial title product. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering the commercial property strategy. You will create and then implement a results focused sales plan - one that will identify, target and win business from new and existing clients.

Your success will be measured by your direct contribution to the revenue of the business

About You

Being able to network with Law firms, Insurance Brokers, Commercial Property Agents, Commercial Lenders and Commercial Investors. You must be a dynamic, ambitious, business minded professional, with an eye for new opportunities, sound commercial acumen and the ability to drive sales and increase revenue by developing new business opportunities. In simple terms you will be someone who is capable of self-generating leads, able to get your foot in the door and has an understanding of what our clients do to enable you to come up with solutions to help close a deal.

You can demonstrate a high achieving new business sales track record of selling services ideally to law firms, banks and/or property investment companies. Detailed knowledge of the commercial property market is highly desirable.

With proven ability to influence senior decision makers, you will be commercially aware, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a flair for negotiation. You will have solid presentation and engagement skills to develop and maintain relationships and to manage sales opportunities through to closing stages. You must be independent, organised and able to work on your own initiative, with a flexible approach to work.

You will be given full product training.

Travel will be a key part of this role and therefore candidates must have their own car.
