Business Development & Events Assistant - Grad Level!

Posted 27 February by Katie Bard Easy Apply

An international and reputable organisation is seeking a Business Development & Events Assistant to actively support the wider team. This is a unique opportunity for a graduate-level individual who is keen to join a well-established and high-profile business and to contribute to the promotion and growth of an exciting brand.

The role will be split in two. First of all, you will be researching and identifying key contacts and familiarising yourself with the industry to enable strong business relationships to develop. This will require a meticulous and investigative approach in order to gather leads and complete extensive follow-up.

Secondly, you will be essential in supporting event management and ensuring all logistics are in place. You may be involved in key client events such as cocktail nights and conferences. It will be your duty to ensure these are delivered to the highest of standards and to liaise with speakers and venues to handle any last minute changes.

The successful individual will be able to prioritise their workload and multi-task effectively. If you have a keen eye for detail, can communicate at all levels and can learn quickly, this may be the role for you. Above all, you will be positive, proactive and driven in your approach!

As a thriving, team environment, this role would suit an energetic and professional individual who enjoys new challenges. Ideally, you will have some interest in events & networking and will be able to generate new, exciting ideas to encourage business growth.
