Business Development / Employer Engagement Team Lead

This is a very flexible role, so you will be able to manage your own time and diary commitments but still enjoy working within an incredibly supportive and motivated team.

We are recruiting for an exciting NEW POST:

Part Time Employer Engagement Lead - Medway & Swale

Someone with Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, Marketing background or passion would be ideal.

24 hours per week, worked flexibly through the week

£20,000-£24,000 per annum pro rata, depending on experience/ existing business networks

25 days leave (5 weeks) plus bank holidays pro rata

Fully-funded professional qualification, Flexible Hours, Pension Scheme, Childcare vouchers

This is a unique chance to join an inspiring and pioneering Supported Internship / Employment initiative for young people with learning difficulties and/or autism. You'll be engaging with Employers across Medway and Swale to source and develop Intern placement opportunities. Perfect for someone with a great track record engaging clients / employers, who has a flair for matching the right person to the right opportunity and who enjoys building strong working relationships. Working for a dynamic social enterprise partnered with Medway and Kent Councils, the role puts you in touch with the UK’s leading Supported Employment experts.Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, Marketing background would be ideal.
