Your new role
You will be accountable for winning the contracts for the company within the designated sector you are given. Due to the seniority of the role, you may also be required to support winning new business in other sectors also in order to maximise the growth of the business. There is a supreme focus on developing the deals that the company does in the market and it will also be key to structurally raise awareness of the brand as an influential figure from a commercial standpoint. Furthermore, there will be a huge emphasis on motivating the bid teams and other members of staff to enhance the business in the market and ultimately taking accountability for the overall service presented to customers. In order for this to happen, you will be taking accountability for the entire sales strategy and will be the direct line manager of those underneath you.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will be a strong and disciplined individual who thrives off being a results orientated person. Being highly influential, you will need the ability to motivate and encourage those around you as well as being articulate enough to secure new and repeat business. With a track record of winning energy services, and setting strategy plans for divisions, you will automatically be able to feel accustomed to the role when the position is first assumed. Candidates will need a strong understanding of either Hard FM, Property, Soft FM or Energy services. Additionally, you must have experience in developing and executing marketing plans with a successful track record behind you.
