As the Business Development Director - Security Distribution specialist you will be responsible for:
- Driving the Sales performance of the business development and account management teams.
- Recruiting, developing and coaching the team to deliver exceptional performance.
- Targeting large potential prospects, and managing key spending accounts to deliver strategic revenue growth
- Support the regional sales functions to drive SME growth.
As the Business Development Director - Security Distribution specialist you will be:
- A proven Manager ideally within a distribution or similar sector - CCTV, Access, Fire, Intruder or related sector.
- A player/leader, able to get on the phones and lead by example
- An effective mentor & coach, staff retention and development is key!
- Able to travel Nationally, managing a portfolio of accounts and leading the team activity.
