With its corporate offices based South West Staffordshire, this market leading organisation wishes to appoint a pro-active Business Development & Customer Service Executive that will further develop existing relationships and also promote the businesses range of online/digitally based learning services to further enhance their already enviable position in the market place
Reporting directly to Business Development & Customer Service Lead, your fundamental focus will be upon building and maintaining effective relationships with existing customers, providing a high standard of timely support, while also seeking to promote, if and where appropriate, a range of other relevant products.
In this broad ranging Business Development & Customer Service Executive role, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely, attentive and comprehensive customer service (via telephone, email and various other communication channels)
- Query resolution
- On boarding
- Product and service demonstration
- Identify and following up on new business opportunities
- Brand, product and services promotion
- Database management and development
- Basic financial administration
With excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written), you’ll also be able to demonstrate excellent listening skills and possess strong all-round experience of providing in-depth quality service, along with the ability to comfortably and clearly communicate the potential benefits of additionally applicable offerings.
Already with a good understanding of online / digitally based services, you’ll also be an effective team member who is comfortable working collaboratively with a dynamic group of people striving to provide timely and tailored customer care, while simultaneously developing new business.
On offer is a basic starting salary of c£20,000 - £24,000 per annum (though negotiable subject to experience), along with a range of benefits that include:
- 25 days holiday, plus 3 additional for Christmas (holiday entitlement increasing with service to a maximum of 30 + 3 days)
