As the Business Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for contacting prospective businesses to sell the benefits of IN-SYNC, ultimately securing an appointment for a Business Development Manager to visit the client and close the sale. The role will require close liaison with both the Sales Director and the rest of the team in order to coordinate diaries and appointments, ensuring opportunities are maximised with regards to timings and locations of visits.
You will be responsible for researching and generating new leads to approach, with a view to creating and building your own sales pipeline to cold call and secure appointments. In addition, you will work closely with the wider Group in order to secure potential leads.
This role is ideal for someone who is looking to start, and build, a career in Sales; we are looking for a candidate who has resilience, determination to succeed and a pro-active/positive approach to work.
On top of a basic salary, this role will also include a commission structure with uncapped potential earnings.
