This is a brand-new role and an excellent opportunity for a confident and enthusiastic individual with proven presentation, creative and proof-reading skills. The successful individual will be required to work on their own initiative and interact with strong business development Bid Writers, a Sales team, Account Managers and Administration teams who work with a multitude of clients based throughout the UK. The ability to build good working relationships is therefore essential.
This position will combine a number of activities including:
- Providing co-ordination and support to a remotely based Business Development team
- Co-ordination and publication of specific articles and marketing/promotional collateral to their clients. This material will also be used to improve their bid/re-bid content
- Management and maintenance of the Company’s social media presence and website
You will also be required to have knowledge and the understanding of tendering processes and experience of producing high quality graphics & presentations to support the tender process.
This position is for an exceptional communicator who has inter-personal skills & the ability to work at pace as part of a small team. The successful individual will also be required to provide an element of support to the BD team with regards to tender submissions. We’re therefore looking for an individual who’s happy to work in a role that combines both the creative and support aspects.
Knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint will be essential.
