The Business Development Coordinator will support a number of our activities including marketing, event production, research and analysis and winning new business (amongst others). The role will be split between supporting the London events calendar and also supporting the London business development team in wider marketing projects.
• Assisting and/or leading events which will involve all facets of event coordination: including mailing list compilation, invitation production, managing RSVPs, making arrangements with vendors/caterers, name tag production and managing logistics. Provide on-the-ground event support and assist in registration and also provide support to follow-up business development activities.
• Supporting the business development team generally in preparation of drafting and assembling marketing materials for client and prospect meetings, providing production support for RFP responses, proposals, slide decks and other client-facing materials. It will involve project managing the London directory submission process which includes, organising, editing and proof reading various firm directory listings as well as liaising with researchers. The role will also involve conducting competitive intelligence and marketing research as needed using the firm’s library resources and assist in compiling research on key clients, industries and competitors, in the region and/or practice group, including business trends and competitive landscape.
