Business Development Consultant

We are an established provider of Staff to the Education sector, renowned in the industry for exemplary service, integrity and provision of distinguished educators to the Northeast.

This role is a traditional Sales sandwich developing relationships and providing outstanding service to both client and appointee. Our placements are specialist, long-term and permanent and demand a professional, compassionate well presented personable individual who will enjoy financial rewards and additional perks.

As salary basic is high and indeed the uncapped commission structure is designed to continuously motivate, we are only looking for experienced professionals looking for an opportunity to earn more and challenge themselves further in the renowned Education industry.

Working hours are based on School times and indeed all annual leave can only be taken during the mainstream School holidays.

Relationships in our opinion are created successfully through all mediums and the successful applicant will be a driver and have access to the company vehicle for physical meetings and should very much enjoy communicating via telephone and be eloquent in their written communications.

Your daily place of business will be in Yarm High Street at our Head office.
