Business Development Manager
Up to £25,000 basic with realistic OTE £35,000 - £40,000
Monday to Friday three days 9.00 - 5.30 pm plus 2 days 11.00am - 7pm plus alternate Saturdays 9.30 - 1.00pm
Our client is a leading Estate and Letting Agents in Yorkshire who believe in delivering a top quality service to all of their clients and are continually re-investing in the latest ideas, people, systems and software to ensure that the company remains one of the leaders in the property market.
Creating new leads from a multitude of sources including the in house database, you will work to targets to increase the number of managed properties and sales stock in the company's portfolio. You will develop and promote new business opportunities primarily from telephone leads, create and develop relationships with Landlords/Vendors and approach investors with the potential for buy to let. Delivering highly effective customer service at all times you will maximise potential opportunities with prospective Clients by pro-actively promoting third party services of the company. You will adhere to consumer protection regulations, organisational policy, procedure and professional standards.
- Previous outbound telesales experience (does not have to be in property)
- Previous experience of working to targets
- Sales driven
- Ability to work independently
