You'll be expected to sell to a variety of different businesses, quickly understanding their recruitment needs and demonstrating efficient and effective solutions.

Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Possessing a new business attitude, you will be focused on winning business for your division.
  • Ensuring you meet both weekly and monthly KPI's and targets through maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • You will operate in 180capacity, on the new business sales side selling robust recruitment solutions.
  • You will manage a social media presence, effectively utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • You will have a proven track record of both new business sales and client relationship management.
  • Mapping, canvassing and selling recruitment services in the Northampton area.
  • Experience of selling recruitment services is essential.
