They are now offering the unique opportunity to join a market-leading FX team, comprised of professionals that experience working at some of the most illustrious financial services companies in the world.

As part of the Business Development team, you will be helping to drive sales and build a portfolio of clients across EMEA and North America regions. You will focus on helping the team to acquire institutional and corporate clients through multi-channel sales, as well as leveraging the team’s digital marketing capabilities.

The role would ideally suit an ambitious and motivated high achiever, with experience in sales and FX risk management and who is keen to join a rapidly growing global team.

You will have an entrepreneurial mindset and be ambitious in your approach to cultivating new relationships with a primary focus on increasing prospect engagement through meetings. You will be expected to take the initiative, bring new ideas and invest your time in learning the product offering and refine your knowledge of FX products and trade workflows.

The ideal candidate will be someone who;

  • Can demonstrate 2+ years' experience working within institutional/fund level deliverable FX sales positions.
  • Has a track record of sales achievement, demonstrating innovation and the self-motivation to win new clients.
  • Is an effective communicator (written and verbal) with strong presentation skills.
  • Has specific knowledge of the investment community including liquid and alternative asset classes, fund structures, risk management practices and operational practices.
  • Is a self-starter and team-player who is capable of building strong networks which lead to successful business growth.
  • Possesses excellent knowledge of FX products including spot, forwards, NDFs and FX options.
  • Is eager to learn from some of the best minds in the industry.
  • Is a team player who is able to create and maintain meaningful relationships that lead to profitable business growth.
  • Has experience with trading platforms and digitalised executive (advantage not a prerequisite).
  • Has a strong degree.
  • Ideally, has completed or is pursuing either the CFA or IMC.
