We are recruiting for a Business Development Assistant to work with selected projects to deliver time, cost, quality, beneficial results that improve business and financial processes.
The post holder will assist in contract management and developing and maintaining customer relations, Quality Management Systems, performance reporting / management and process / system development.
Key duties include:
- Assist in developing relationships with both internal and external customers
- Assist in the positive marketing of Building and Facilities Maintenance
- Implement and monitor operational procedures
- Provide reports, statistics, KPI's and performance related information to undertake benchmarking activities
Candidates are required to be educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject with sound administrative and / or financial experience. The ability to present information verbally and in writing to a variety of audiences, produce reports and work to deadlines with minimal supervision.
This is a contract role for approximately 6 months, working 08:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday.
