Our Client is a leader in their field, an opportunity has arisen for a Business Development and Sales Professional to work for a construction supply company within the South West and South East. The company have a wide customer base and a real opportunity to expand and grow, developing their employees alongside.

The ideal applicant will have experience within the construction industry generating sales and hitting targets set. You will be conscientious, energetic, accurate and show a flexible approach to work, with a confident personality and excellent communication skills. You will have a full UK driving license and be able to stay overnight.

THE ROLE:

  • Qualifying leads
  • Account Management
  • Business Development
  • Generating new sales
  • Maximising sales
  • Order processes
  • General Administration
  • Maximising sales targets

ABOUT YOU:

  • Full UK driving license required
  • Must be able to travel and stay overnight
  • Experience in the construction industry - Preferred but not essential
  • Professional and reliable
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • IT skills - Microsoft Office

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, ideally within construction but not essential. You will be tenacious, target focussed and looking to develop your career.

The client offers a basic salary of £40- £45K plus uncapped commission. They are offering a company car and other company benefits.
