Job Title: Business Development and Customer Relationship Manager
Location: Morecambe, Lancashire - With National Travel
Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience
Job Type: Permanent Full-time - 5 days per week - 37.5 hours per week

We are looking for a talented person with highways experience, to help build and maintain relationships with key personnel, in targeted organisations in order to sign up and manage high level customers to the InTouch SmartWater product set.
An innovative approach to drainage asset management and flood prevention, InTouch SmartWater is our solution providing a staged, managed approach to gully cleansing, drainage information gathering and management of gully cleansing. If you are a driven self-starter with industrial and public sector experience we want to hear from you.
Business Development and Customer Relationship Manager - Key Responsibilities:
- Building relationships and networks with key people in target organisations
- Sign up high level\trophy customers to SmartWater products
- Help to identify future target organisations
- Keep up to date with industry challenges, both operationally and strategic
- Liaise with Software Manager and Service Delivery Manager
- Feedback to Software Manager any future customer requirements\needs
- Major account management
Business Development and Customer Relationship Manager - Requirements:
- Highways industry knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Commercial and contractual knowledge and experience
- Be a driven self-starter
- Organisational skills
- Hold a valid full driving licence
- Be able to work flexible hours and in various locations as required
