Business Development/Account Manager

£18,000 - £21,000 + Uncapped OTE £28 Year 1
Working as part of a small business development team you will develop new business opportunities with SME level companies qualifying opportunities at marketing director level.
Candidates will need to be resilient, target focused and competitive with a great work ethic as we don't want to micro manage we just want you to get on with the job at hand!
National company with multiple sites across the UK and are looking for the next generation of sales talent to join their successful sales team!
The role in a nutshell;
You will be expected to secure new business opportunities via leads gained on the company CRM or self-generate leads within you geographical area. There are inbound enquiries that will be managed according to your defined territory and every opportunity you take on will be managed by yourself going forward.

- B2B sales experience ideally but not essential
- Strong negotiation skills
