Business Development/ Account Manager

I am recruiting for a Business Development Executive role for a Freight Forwarding business. Working out of the Milton Keynes office, this exciting role requires a sales focused, enthusiastic and motivated individual.

*My client requires a candidate with experience of working in Roadfreight Sales for the European Roadfreight industry or a commercially minded Operations candidate who is seeking to move into the sales arena.

The Role

  • Consistently grow the gross profit and achieve set target
  • Generate new prospect leads and new accounts
  • Monitor consignments and maintaining excellent customer service levels
  • Provide customers with accurate and cost-effective quotations

The Candidate

  • Strong B2B experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrate an ability to negotiate and influence others both internally and externally
  • Have a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience of working to targets and deadlines

This role offers a fantastic basic salary with uncapped commission, car and car allowance.
