About The Company
Our client is a rapidly growing marketing agency specialising within property since 1994, developing cutting-edge and widely used sales and marketing tools. Some of the services they provide include CGI animations, 3D architectural visualisation, and interactive sales software.

About The Business Development Role:
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growth strategy, new business approach and handing over the clients requirements effectively to the account management team. This will therefore require someone with a strategic mind-set and the ability to provide varied product options at clients meetings in a credible and confident manner.

Key Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager:
• Own responsibility for managing sustainable revenue growth and client retention
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of your product, market and competitor products/positioning
• Liaising with the design team to produce innovative creations and adaptations for client programs
• Supporting the account management team and effectively advising them of clients’ needs and requirements
• Assisting the managing director with current client base and maintaining existing relations
• Identifying growth opportunities for the business and potentially exploring new markets
• Actively source and close new leads
• Feedback to the account management team of the clients views on the product to ensure that it is developed and refined
• The achievement of agreed performance and behavioural KPIs
• Be a positive ambassador for your team and brand

Skills Required:
• Experience in the property industry is desirable not essential
• New business sales professional, preferably from a marketing agency background or any digital marketing arena
• Clear understanding of the Challenger Sales Methodology, ideally had experience with executing this throughout sales career
• Genuine hunger and tenacious attitude towards developing new business and acquiring new clients
• Be able to adapt and use new sales and reporting tools introduced by the business

Key features of this role:
• Permanent
• Field based covering East Anglia & London, however flexibility to cover the whole of the UK will be required (Will be required to visit the office in Colchester 1 – 2 days of the week for an update, with Monday’s being essential).
• Includes company car
• Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 basic + OTE of £70,000 (uncapped)
• 31 days holiday including bank holidays
• Private healthcare upon 6 months completion of work
