Key Duties & Responsibilities
"To be involved in winning new client accounts, with a particular emphasis on Broadcast/ IT Media based companies.
"Setting up initial framework agreements for key clients.
"Gain an in-depth understanding of existing key clients, internal culture and identify up selling potential.
"Increase the scope of existing contracts through identifying additional upselling opportunities and services in new verticals.
"Attend face to face meetings with key stakeholders and decision makers.
Desired Skills & Experience
"Experience of working within the IT/ Engineering or Technical Recruitment Sector.
"Demonstrable business development skills in winning large-scale contracts.
"Experience of working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
"Commercially minded and able to identify and convert business opportunities.
"Relationship management experience with senior B2B client contacts.
"Commercially astute, target driven and hungry to succeed.
"Proficient in Mandarin language
