Business/Data Analyst - MS Excel, MI Reports (Any VBA Desirable Only)
Working as a sole agency for many years, this is a genuine career minded opportunity for a Business / Data Analyst to join a major global corporate organisation.
It’s a Client Reporting role with the option to work from home and will work specifically with a particular account.

Location- Herts/bordering North London - Hatfield Potters Bar Enfield Barnet Catchment area (fast train links from Central London)
Although my client is willing to consider various levels of experience and skills, having been responsible for recruiting the team over the years, I suspect that this would probably best suit someone up and coming with perhaps 2-5 years+ experience and at the stage which they are looking to take that next stage forward, but with the right organisation and one that you can hopefully remain with for years to come.
Role - Primarily entail analyse and monitor business trends for global blue chip external clients encompassing scheduled and ad-hoc reporting as well as ad hoc requests.
Other duties - analysis and monitoring of business performance and trends for strategic and tactical business decisions. Utilise data from internal systems and external intelligence to manage and develop reports and business models. Keeping an eye on the key markets and clients product, pricing and service needs/trends as well as the strategies and pricing of competitors. Make recommendations for marketing, promotions and strategic initiatives based on the data collected and analysed
"Strong MS Excel (VBA for Excel advantageous)
"Capable to solve MI-related issues
"Data compilation and analysis software such as Access, Excel in order to interpret raw
data into usable reports
"Ability to analyse and resolve problems independently
"Strong organisational skills and detail oriented
Strong Internal and External Client meetings experience
"Support client-facing programme management team for key customers
"Produce quality documentation for client-facing reporting
"Produce scheduled and ad-hoc reporting
"Identify methods to improve the efficiency of reporting data delivery
"Support the Market Strategy and Growth opportunities
"Support the programme management team with ad hoc and ongoing projects
"Provide cover for dedicated Client Analysts
"Processing of scheduled MI to prescribed deadlines
"Creation of ad-hoc MI reports within agreed service levels
"Pro-active verification of data to ensure absolute report accuracy
"Through client knowledge, and working with programme management, develop and enhance the scheduled MI as clients' needs change
"Work alongside programme management team to develop alternative and smarter ways of presenting MI
"Extracting data from various reporting systems
