Business Control Tower Support Manager Hatfield customer service

A six week contract exists in our prestigious client based in Hatfield. A very busy parcel delivery company the team you will be working with have a great work ethic and good sense of humour.

You will be required to support the operational team with your excellent customer service skills. You should also possess a working knowledge of excel word and Microsoft office.

The ability to liaise and communicate at all levels is essential from the customer, to delivery drivers, internal and external clients and colleagues alike your best communication skills are to be exercised at all times.

Individuals should be self motivated and possess the ability to work under pressure in this hive of activity at the heart of our client within the business control tower. The business control tower is the centre of excellence that executes recovery plans throughout the supply chain

It ensures that all communication channels are efficient and it is at the heart of what Yodel strive to achieve in terms of excellence.
