Business Content Writer - London/Leeds

Our Academy training team is looking for a dedicated Business Content Writer to help create quality course content for our Graduate, Ex-Forces & Returners to Work training courses. This role will involve a variety of proofreading, editing, and writing tasks designed to maintain a level of consistency and quality of our training material.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborating with our Academy training team to design and develop new courseware

• Proofreading and editing existing course content to make sure it maintains a high level of quality throughout

• Liaising with Business Owners to ensure alignment with learning outcomes

• Administering course material so that it is consistent across our academies globally

• Revising existing course descriptions in collaboration with Marketing

• Learning about new course modules and software

• Researching alternative methods of training delivery

Essential Criteria

• An undergraduate degree in a related discipline

• Excellent business writing skills

• Demonstrable experience in proofreading and editing

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Experience in PowerPoint creation

• Creative approach to courseware design

Desirable Criteria (not essential)

• Excellent communication skills and a proven aptitude for teamwork

• Knowledge of technologies in the learning environment

• A passion for learning and helping others to learn

• The ability to produce high-quality work to tight deadlines
