Change Implementation Support / Business Change Support Consultant - West Midlands – 6 month – Good rates! – Public Sector experience desirable
Major Consultancy urgently requires a Change Implementation Support / Business Change Consultant with experience of planning and delivering implementation of change (assessing impact, planning implementation and embedding change) in a public sector environment with strong stakeholder engagement skills at all levels, experience of embedding change with a focus on performance improvement, standardisation & delivering efficiency, Operating Model implementation and service definition and systems implementation and adoption
As a Change Implementation Support / Business Support Consultant you are required to facilitate the coordination, information sharing and planning of the Implementation Team, supporting the Implementation Lead, and day to day management of the Project Change Implementation in various geographical regions through ownership of change implementation plan and associated risk, issue, action logs, working alongside Business Improvement Managers, senior users and teams to identify, design, deliver and track implementation interventions, consolidate change activities into a change dashboard to aid reporting, identify and support key communications and engagement events across the relevant Regional offices and successfully implement changes where required.
With Change Implement Support experience you will be responsible for supporting the Implementation Lead to plan and maintain the overall Project Change implementation plan, lead and support meetings and workshops to assess the impact of change upon staff and stakeholders, manage the working relationship between the Business Improvement Managers, change project managers and regional implementation resources, collect, consolidate, verify and analyse data using it to produce timely, informative, high quality metrics and KPIs, attending various workshops, produce and maintain working documents, plans and make detailed logistical arrangements.
You will have a demonstrable experience of planning, delivering and embedding IT enabled business change, stakeholder management and group facilitation, relationship management and ideally have worked in UK roads / transport sector
