Business Change Manager

Our client based in Slough are currently recruiting for a Business Change Manager on a permanent basis to deliver Operational Change initiatives as part of a wider programme of work.

The ideal candidate will have experience working for both, large scale and SME type organisations in a diverse project environment which encompasses Business Change and Contact Centre Transformation.

Skills and Expertise Required:

  • Knowledge and understanding of Lean Process design and Six Sigma. (Yellow Belt or above)
  • Management of 3rd party vendors and suppliers.
  • End to End Project delivery within a Change and Transformation function
  • Experience of having managed multiple large-scale projects
  • Experience of matrix management and project interdependencies
  • Ability to identify key stakeholders & work closely to deliver strategic objectives.
  • Experience in the delivery of projects with complex multi stage deliverables across multiple areas with business wide impacts
  • Experience of working within a customer contact environment is desirable.
