To help us continue on this wave of success we are now searching for a Business Change Manager to help us manage some of the exciting and significant changes we are looking to make in 2018.
The Business Change Manager will manage a range of projects with technical elements and multiple inter-project dependencies across Product, Operations and Marketing, therefore we need you to be super organised and outcome driven. You'll be working closely with the work stream PMs, Technical resources and key suppliers to ensure that project delivery is aligned to business targets. The role will deliver strong financial governance, technical dependency management, resource planning, stakeholder management, project execution and service transition. We'd like you to have extensive 'hands on' project management experience and possess a commercial focus alongside technical awareness.
Based in our new London office you will work closely with our Programme Manager and Product Owners -You'll be in charge of tracking the finances of projects as well as keeping all parties up to date with their scale, scope and progress. As you'd expect, you'll face challenges, so you'll need to help stakeholders and suppliers have open and honest conversations. Oh, and if you can juggle with your eyes shut…
