Our client is a dementia charity. They provide information and support, improve care, fund research, and create lasting change for people affected by dementia.
Position: Business Change Manager
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 35 per week
Salary: £46,579 - £52,723 actual per annum, depending on location

About the role:
You will be part of the Operations strategic change team; responsible for managing and driving forward strategic projects and strategic change activity, focused on delivering the necessary changes required to realise significant change activity and projects to support our client's Strategy.
With a good knowledge of health or social care services and delivery you will ensure that projects and change activity are undertaken in line with our client's standards and best practice. Working closely with the Project Management Office and the Operations Leadership Team, you will work with appropriate specialists to ensure project methodology and culture change methodology are used where appropriate.
They are looking for an experienced functional lead that has worked as part of a multidisciplinary project team and has a demonstrable ability to manage change, develop new services and working practices. You be experienced in operations processes and procedures with a person centred and outcome approach. You will understand our client's strategy and the requirements to deliver it. You be an excellent communicator and be able to influence upwards.
