Business Change Consultant

London - Hybrid

Up to £80,000 per annum

Are you a skilled Business Change Consultant looking to make a significant impact? Join a newly formed business change team supporting strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment. This client is a London Market insurer who are growing fast and looking for someone skilled in business change to help them grow in a healthy and effective way. This role will require versatility with someone willing to pick up work across, Business Analysis, Business Project Management and Change Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to convert business needs into actionable change initiatives.
  • Assist in project planning, monitor progress, and manage risks effectively.
  • Design and implement strategies for successful change management and adoption.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end-users throughout the change process.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and enhance communication between business and IT teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Solid understanding of insurance business operations.
  • Proven expertise in business analysis and project management (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
