Business Banking Complaints Handler
My client is a retail bank who are seeking Business Banking Complaint Specialists. You will need to have delivered business or commerical banking complaints remediation and have the skills to review complex claims and follow agreed processes to assess consequential loss claims. You will be reporting to the Senior Business Banking Complaints Team Leader.
You will need to undergo full background checks and be available for at least 8 weeks.
