Regenda is now recruiting for a Business Assessor to work with our subsidiary The Learning Foundry at our fantastic new office in the heart of Liverpool city centre.
About the role
The main purpose of this role is to support learners throughout their apprenticeship and training by reviewing and assessing progress, maximising their potential to achieve the skills, knowledge and competency required to succeed in their role and achieve their qualification in Business Administration or Customer Service.
We're looking for a positive, determined individual with the ability to assess, guide and support learners from diverse backgrounds to maximise their potential, overcome barriers and gain apprenticeships or qualifications. You will have the ability to plan, prepare and deliver quality programmes which ensure learners achieve within pre-determined timescales. As well as keep relevant records and supporting paperwork to the required standards, ensuring that the assessment process is carried out to the required standards and fully meets the awarding body criteria. You will also have an understanding and commitment to equality and diversity, safeguarding and health and safety.
An enhanced DBS check and a full UK driving licence is required for this position.
