Connells are one of the UK’s leading Estate Agents being part of the Connells Group with over 600 High Street Branches and we are looking to recruit a Business Assessment Team Consultant to work at our Head Offices based in Leighton Buzzard.

Effectively managing both internal and external relationships at all levels through a range of written and verbal communication. To support the business in key areas such as Conduct Risk, Financial Promotions, Business Assessment Reviews, Regulatory Training and conducting root cause analysis on areas that may affect poor customer outcomes.

To respond to emails and telephone queries from branch staff throughout the Group to assist

Role Profile

To monitor and assess Conduct Risk measures to ensure poor customer outcomes are minimised within our business and ensure any issues are addressed by setting appropriate actions. Also an Executive Summary needs to be completed for Board and Skipton

To review and monitor the actions of the Supervisors within EAMS and ensure management of concerns are being proactively dealt with

To review and approve Mortgage Services Financial Promotions to ensure they abide by current regulation and are clear fair and not misleading as well as compliant. Maintain a controlled register of the promotions and keep adequate records of all approved items

Carry out reviews in line with the criteria, liaise with different departments to collate information in order to produce a report that identifies training issues to stop their recurrence

Completing first line monitoring on processes such as Customer Introduction calls, End to End Observation checks and Call Monitoring on Mortgage Consultants, Aviva 150 Day Process and Rent and Legal Insurance checks

Responsibility of the Business Assessment Team is to monitor processes and procedures within CMS and EAMS so different projects may be included in your role which will enhance the customer experience and the regulatory requirements
