About the Role

In the position of Business Analyst within project teams, you will provide support to corporate plan projects. You will extract, document and manage business requirements, performing process improvement reviews, and gap analysis. You will carry out reviews, make recommendations using analytical skills, and communicate solutions to key stakeholders. To provide ad hoc troubleshooting expertise. You are expected to provide task analysis, evaluate surveys, and provide ad-hoc troubleshooting expertise.

About You

As an experienced Business Analyst with excellent analytical skills, you will have the ability to present written information in a structured and balanced way appropriate to the needs of the reader. Having worked in an analysis role previously, you will have knowledge of various analysis tools and development methodologies, ideally gained in a customer service environment.
