Business Analyst - Lewes - £24,800 - £26,800 - Fixed Term Contract - Minimum 18 months

Do you have experience as a Business Analyst? Have you worked with bespoke workflow software?

Our client embarked on an exciting and ambitious three-year business transformation programme to modernise services and generate significant savings. This programme will see the introduction of a new business model with joint teams delivering shared services. The team of Business Analysts support this large-scale transformation programme by ensuring that the shift to new ways of working and uptake of digital channels is successfully achieved.

As part of this role you will get to engage with a variety of service areas to enable them to improve their business processes using IT solutions and adapting ways of working.

Guided by the principles that underpin the transformation programme, the successful applicant would be required to not only engage with stakeholders and document requirements, but also have a solid IT background and be able to create the new business processes using bespoke workflow software.

This role would include responsibilities such as:

· managing and configuring integrations from the main CRM to other systems

· perform user acceptance testing (UAT)

· releasing signed off customer journeys

· To lead workshops and meetings to analyse existing business processes, explain and promote the design principles of the business model, re-engineer processes in line with the design principles and capture new processes using standard business modelling tools and techniques

· To produce process maps, user journeys and other documentation as required to define new processes and guide the configuration and build of those processes using workflow software

· To build and document end to end processes using workflow software, following clear style and design guidelines

· To carry out user testing on new processes, making changes as required without undermining the design principles

· To train and support staff on the new processes, and coordinate with knowledge experts and managers to encourage the uptake and effective use of the processes

· To analyse the use of new processes and identify problems or opportunities for continuous improvement

· To amend existing live processes to reflect change business requirements or new system functionality

Essential Experience:

· Must be able to work in a team in a high-pressured environment

· Must be organised and proactive with good attention to detail

· Good communication and writing skills

· Previous experience of working in with workflow systems
