Amisoft Technologies offers a highly configurable web-based application for managing and enforcing a firm’s personal code of ethics. The application automates firm-wide business processes to increase compliance workflow efficiencies while reducing operational risks. The business analyst is a client facing role with primary responsibilities for soliciting system configuration requirements, providing implementation services, and identifying market requirements for future product development. This involves being an intermediary between the end client, product development, customer support, quality assurance and sales. Through the life cycle of implementations, the business analyst will identify new feature requests and enhancements. Writing functional specifications will also be required.

Leading the business transformation Projects

  • Building and developing business cases
  • Analyzing requirements and gathering the information
  • Leading the team and matching business functional requirements
  • Handling the client relationships on various levels of Business.

  • Experience of developing application in one of the following languages: C#/.NET, Java, C++, SQL
  • Advanced OOP concepts, Design Patterns, Enterprise library and Software Engineering best practices
  • Regulatory Change Experience across Basel III, Dodd Frank or EMIR.
  • Development processes and methodologies (e.g. RUP/ XP / UML)High attention to detail and exceptional technical knowledge.
  • Client-facing consulting experience
  • Excellent data-handling experience including, but not limited to, advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Expertise in preparing BRD/FRD and working with all key stakeholders from various location, business entities, teams and liaising with technology and RAs
  • Acquiring relevant risk parameters and attributes for the Local Regulatory Reporting depository for exposure and transactional feed.
  • Assisting the IT team in preparation of dedicated database for Basel and other regulatory reporting. It includes preparing Table and Views
  • Expertise in preparing BRD/FRD and working with all key stakeholders from various location, business entities, teams and liaising with technology and RAs
  • Responsible for maintenance and enhancements in reporting systems using SAS/BASE, SAS/MACRO, SAS/STAT, SAS/GRAPH.
  • Work with UK/USA/India based Business Analysts/Project Managers on project implementations
  • Understand client-defined configuration requirements
