The business take a fresh and customer centric approach to their service-offering by ensuring they consistently outperform competition and continue to offer customers the best service & products possible to suit individual business needs.
Following a strong period of growth, they’re looking to hire a Business Analyst to act as the interface between the development team and end-users (internal & external), ensuring the successful delivery & implementation of customer software projects/products. You’ll take business analysis and product ownership for various projects ranging from mobile apps to large CRM systems. Responsibilities include; requirement gathering, specification & documentation, road mapping, identifying improvements, whilst driving agile & scrum practices.
If this sounds like a great challenge, you need to demonstrate;
- Commercial experience as Business Analyst or Product Owner with solid business analysis skills
- Ability to deliver and improve existing software / system products
- Ability to act as the voice of the product linking customer and development team
- Thorough understanding of the SDLC
- Solid agile & Scrum practices
