Business Analyst

I’m working with one of the UKs fastest growing technical service providers, who work with thousands of UK businesses, with a real passion for supporting start-ups, local businesses & SMEs. The business take a fresh and customer centric approach to their service-offering by ensuring they consistently outperform competition and continue to offer customers the best service & products possible to suit individual business needs.

Following a strong period of growth, they’re looking to hire a Business Analyst to act as the interface between the development team and end-users (internal & external), ensuring the successful delivery & implementation of customer software projects/products. You’ll take business analysis and product ownership for various projects ranging from mobile apps to large CRM systems. Responsibilities include; requirement gathering, specification & documentation, road mapping, identifying improvements, whilst driving agile & scrum practices.

If this sounds like a great challenge, you need to demonstrate;

  • Commercial experience as Business Analyst or Product Owner with solid business analysis skills
  • Ability to deliver and improve existing software / system products
  • Ability to act as the voice of the product linking customer and development team
  • Thorough understanding of the SDLC
  • Solid agile & Scrum practices

The business has an extremely collaborative and family orientated environment and can offer you plenty of opportunities to progress and develop internally, whether that be into a more senior BA / Product Owner role or into management. There’s also plenty of existing & greenfield products for you to get stuck into immediately.
