Our client is going through a transformation programme through which they are seeking to bring standardisation, scalability and control to replace its existing working practices which have evolved organically over time and are no longer fit for purpose.
A business analyst with experience of designing business change enabled by an ERP . You will be required to design/develop business processes and workflows (supporting SMEs across a range of group-wide business areas), specify, test and implement integrations in support of business flow and work with Change Management to implement technology-enabled business change. Must be a proactive problem solver, team player and someone who is passionate, engaging and vibrant in their approach.
·Design and development of to-be process design within the defined scope of their functional area.
·Design and development of to-be organisational design, roles and responsibilities.
·Documentation of new business processes and development and rollout of end user procedures.
·Development of unit and integration test scenarios and scripts and performance of unit and integration testing alongside system provider.
·Identification of end users, scope of their use and training needs.
·Development of end user acceptance test scenarios and scripts and management of end user acceptance and sign off of tests with Training Lead.
·Design of training materials in support of user acceptance testing and end user training.
·Approval of all changes to current policies and procedures for their functional area.
·Resolution of contradictions in the process and procedure definitions, and escalation of these to the project management team where appropriate.
·Identification of business changes and impacts to the Change Management lead to be managed.
·Promotion and management of knowledge transfer from project team members to functional end users and the wider business community.
·Support to data conversion specification and cleansing, cut-over activities as required.
