Business Analyst - User Research - HOME BASED - FTC

An opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to capture as-is and to-be business and functional requirements for both Digital Leadership, Digital Services and Digital Foundation (ICT Platform) solutions. You will also facilitate customer journey and experience mapping workshops.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven record of ability in demonstrating a range of consultancy skills, with particular emphasis on collaborative working
  • Proven record of ability to adopt innovative and creative practice
  • Ability to facilitate training sessions to both an internal and external audience
  • Proven record of ability in demonstrating a range of business and commercial skills
  • Proven track record of gathering insight for web-based services
  • Extensive experience of conducting user research (e.g. guerrilla/pop-up testing, interviewing, and focus groups) and usability (lab) test sessions
  • Ability to draw and present sound conclusions based on qualitative and quantitative evidence
  • Strong moderating and interviewing skills
  • Experience of working within agile, including defining user needs, creating personas and writing user stories
  • Proven track record of collaborative working with UX designers, technical architects and developers to create new digital products and services
  • Good understanding of user-centred design practices
  • Experience in business analysis in large complex organisations
  • Working knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques
