A brokerage firm based in London urgently require a Business Analyst to join their growing team on a permanent basis. This role is new, and reflects the continued growth of the business in London.

The role will involve working closely with business users, execution analysts and suppliers to validate proposed solutions and the effectiveness of strategies.

This role offers a competitive salary plus discretionary bonus, Private Medical & Life Insurance, and Income Protection Insurance and pension.

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst will include:

You will help to ensure smooth running and promote continual development of the systems by contributing to a strong change management process.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for ensuring requirements are properly documented, communicated and tested before being rolled out.
You will work closely with the Execution teams to develop an in depth understanding of how the trading tools work and to help develop future applications.

Successful Business Analyst will have:

2:1 degree or equivalent.
Solid equities product knowledge would be beneficial
Relevant experience circa 1 - 5 years.
Communication is key, as is having to be flexible and adaptable in the working environment
Previous experience in a Business Analyst role, alternatively a implementation or support role using Fidessa or Ullink.
Previous experience with the Fidessa equities trading platform or UL Link trading platforms would be beneficial.
Track record of analysing complex requirements to meet business requirements.
Previous experience working within a front to back office environment.
