SJC Partners is working closely with a large city centre based investment business as they seek an experienced Business Analyst to join their fast paced and rapidly growing team to play a significant part in a project team delivering regulatory changes within tight time-scales.
Key responsibilities will cover collating, understanding and defining business requirements for projects, portfolios and change requests (then changing these into requirements definitions), managing and resolving conflicts between requirements, developing business cases for IT applications development and defining solutions that are appropriate to the business. Crucially you will lead the construction of project initiation, scope and detail business requirements documents, present business benefits and articulate requirements at all levels including senior management, engineer new business processes and analyse and document both current and proposed business processes from an operational and system perspective. There will be plenty of opportunities to move onto other strategic projects once this one is complete.
Applicants should be established BA's with demonstrable experience of Business Analysis/Requirements Gathering and Business Change, possess strong data analysis skills and have a sound knowledge of waterfall and agile development methods. Remediation project experience would be beneficial though not an absolute must as would the BCS Business Analysis qualification.
