My client is an established global Technology business solutions provider, employing circa 2,000 people across EMEA, North America, Australasia and Latin America,with customers in circa 30 countries worldwide.
Due to organic growth my client is actively seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their expanding team.
Your new role
Business Analyst - Business Analyst is required to aid in the strategy Implementation Team as the business rolls out an ambitious growth strategy.
As an experienced Business Analyst you will work closely with all staff across the business and the management team to map, define and document business processes, Challenge and influence business stakeholders, critically analysing the existing workflows.
Identify efficiency and customer engagement gaps and assist with the design of technology and process improvement initiatives to enhance the work flow and address customer needs.
Co-ordinate from the business side the company's selection and implementation of a new ERP system, in conjunction with the system providers (full life-cycle.
Lead projects and report budget, timeline and KPIs across all business improvement initiatives
Facilitate effective communication of requirements and solutions between technology providers and the business users, Devise and implement quality control processes to record, measure and report on customer satisfaction and service levels.
What you'll need to succeed
As the preferred candidate you will have a minimum 3-4 years Business Analysis experience, preferably within customer service environments.
Full software project lifecycle experience (requirements analysis, design, development, testing and deployment)
Proven record of delivering process change and technology enhancements in business transformation/high growth environments
Ability to manage and work across concurrent projects
Solid working knowledge/exposure to project management best practices (scope management, risk management, planning, tracking and controlling)
Strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer needs and translate them into operational and project requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
