A hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager is required by a leading Insurer operating with the Lloyd's insurance market. Positioned with the Change and delivery team the hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager will have exposure to a wide range of interesting and challenging projects including Target operating Model, GDPR, Digital and Brexit. The position will involves working with stakeholders at all levels and will require candidates with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. The position will be approximately 70% Business Analysis and 30% Project Management.
- Proven business analysis experience.
- Proven experience of managing end to end projects.
- Previous insurance industry knowledge.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience of both IT and process change projects.
