BUSINESS ANALYST/ PROGRAMMER

Use your expert programming and business analyst skill to develop our wide range of IT applications. Contribute to the design, specification and analysis of our computer systems by writing clean, maintainable code and by carrying out integration testing of developments. With a strong commercial background and proven ability in producing well structured and appropriately tested software, you will be required to develop our in-house applications. These include; forecasting, purchasing, manufacturing, customer services, logistics & direct mailing.

Excellent problem solving and an analytical approach are both essential requirements. Knowledge of RPG, ERP and IBMi series would be an advantage, but more important is an active mind, modern programming skills and an ability to maintain up to date with developments in your technical area of expertise.

Based in our Derbyshire head office, supporting approximately 100 users across 3 sites in Alfreton and 2 European offices, this is a varied and interesting hands on role.
